December 21(GNS): The Medical Faculty Association, Government Medical College, Srinagar, on Saturday has extended its heartfelt gratitude to the Honorable Minister for Health and Medical Education, Higher Education, School Education & Social Welfare Ms Sakeena Masood (Itoo) for her visionary guidance and steadfast commitment to the welfare of the medical fraternity. The recent modification in the timing order reflects her deep understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare professionals and her resolve to create a more supportive environment.

Our deepest gratitude is reserved for the esteemed Administrative Secretary, Health and Medical Education, Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah (IAS) whose compassionate and pragmatic approach has been instrumental in bringing about this thoughtful adjustment. His empathetic understanding of the needs of the medical faculty and his commitment to their well-being have been pivotal in ensuring this relief. We are truly grateful for his exemplary leadership and for championing the cause of the medical fraternity, whose tireless efforts underpin the healthcare system, he said.
