Kupwara: Senior Journalist and Correspondent GNS Jahangir Lolabi was accorded certificate of appreciation on the eve of 75th independence day here in government Degree College Sogam Lolab Kupwara.
Jahangir Lolabi, who is working with a leading and credible news agency “Global News Service” and is also working with daily based newspaper Kashmir Glory as senior Correspondent from Kupwara was felicitated with certificate of appreciation by SDM Lolab Aijaz Ah Bhat.
“Jahangir Lolabi is doing tremendous job in the field of journalism and doing his work professionally from last 17 years. His transparency in work makes us facilitate him on the eve of 75th Independence Day,” said Masroor Ahmad, Principal AGS Krusan.
“To serve the people mainly poor and needy is his prime concern.”
On the occasion, Tehsildar Lalpora Reyaz Ahmad, Chairman BDC Nighat, Principal Govt Degree College Sogam Mohd Shafi and other dignitaries were also present.
