Handwara, Dec 1: Inspector Gazanfur has Wednesday joined as Station House Officer at Police Station Qalamabad Mawer in Handwara.
The officer, known for his dedication, was welcomed by the subordinates and civil society members including noted socio-political activist-cum-sarpanch Haril Rayees Ahmad Mir.
The officer after taking over assured people of good policing and said that he will leave no stone unturned to eradicate all the evils from the society.
He sought cooperation of the senior citizens of Mawer Qalamabad in making the society crime free.(GNS)
