Self restraint & masks would be key to success in this battle: DM
Srinagar, Jun 9: (GNS) With the active cases falling to as low as 150, frontier north-Kashmir’s Kupwara district is steadily bettering its record visa-a-vis its fight against the novel Coronavirus pandemic.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter District Magistrate Anshul Garg (@hello_anshul) wrote, “With God’s grace, a record 116 COVID recoveries for Kupwara in last 3 days and Active Cases to fall below 150. Must gear up for tougher challenges ahead as Unlock process continues & restrictions fade away gradually, Self restraint & Masks would be key to success in this battle.” (sic.)
As per official records with CMO Kupwara, three people have lost their lives to the pathogen, with the first case reported on April 4.(GNS)
