453 new covid-19 cases in J&K, tally rises to 15711

Srinagar, July 22 (GNS): Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday reported 453 covid-19 infections, taking the overall count to 15711.

101 of the cases were reported from Jammu division and 352 from Kashmir. Moreover 152 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and discharged from various hospitals, 37 from Jammu Division and 115 from Kashmir Division.

Giving district wise details, officials told GNS that Srinagar reported 165, Baramulla 58, Kulgam 62,

Shopian 16, Anantnag 1, Kupwara 11, Pulwama 30, Budgam 4, Bandipora 5, Jammu 14, Kathua 10,

Rajouri 47, Udhampur 8, Samba 4, Doda 6, Poonch 4 and Reasi 8.

Among the cases include two government employees, five Defence men , two pregnant women and three from BB Cantt Srinagar.

The CD cases include male (70) from Kanlibagh Bagh Baramulla, female (85) from Bangbagh, male (35) from Ladoora Baramulla, male (41) from Khawajabagh Baramulla, male (45) and female (45) from Noorbagh Baramulla, male (45) from Kreeri Baramulla, male (40) from Sheeri Baramulla, male (28) and female (40) from Nadihal Baramulla, male (35) from Tapper Baramulla, female (50) from Chatloora, male (40)
