Kupwara, Jun 26 (GNS): A 24-year-old girl was killed in a cooking gas cylinder blast in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Monday, officials said.
They told GNS that one Zeenat Tariq daughter of Tariq Ahmad Khan, a resident of Shatpora Haihama suffered critical injuries at her home. “She was immediately shifted to SDH Kupwara for treatment from where she was referred to SMHS hospital where she succumbed shortly after”, they said.
Confirming it, a police official told GNS that they have taken cognizance of the incident. (GNS)
