Srinagar, Sept 21 (GNS): Higher secondary schools reopened for volunteer students for “consultation” on the consent of parents with 50% teachers on roster as per MHA lockdown 4 guidelines and Ministry of health and Family welfare protocols in J&K.
Reports reaching GNS that only a meager number of students turned up in the schools across J&K including this summer capital. The students interacted with teachers as administration had put in place measures for hand hygiene and other protocols.
As per Principal Secretary, School Education and Skill Development, Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon the schools reopened not for regular classes but “consultation” by volunteer secondary students on consent of parents with 50% teachers on roster as per MHA lockdown 4 guidelines & Min of health & FW protocols conveyed by Chief Secretary and circulated to DCs/ Directors/ CEOs.
