Srinagar, May 27: (GNS) Hospital authorities at Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Soura have constituted a team to ascertain facts in a ‘minor’ fire incident occurring at the tertiary health care institute earlier this evening.
A senior medical official told news agency GNS that ‘in the aftermath of a minor fire incident due to short circuit in Ward Number 3P – Hemodialysis – store-room, the authorities concerned have launched an immediate inquiry to ascertain the facts.’
The official in concurrence with the earlier report by this news agency said that there was no damage caused in the incident. “All the services were restored immediately and everybody including the staff and patients are safe”, the official added. (GNS)
