Srinagar, Feb 9 (GNS): A massive fire damaged SDPO office in Tangmarg in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday.
Reports reaching GNS said that the double-storied building, also housing the office of DySP Operations, was gutted in the fire incident.
A Fire and Emergency Department official told GNS that men and machinery from at least two stations rushed to the spot as soon as receiving the news and doused off the flames. A police official told GNS that the fire incident apparently happened due to a short-circuit. He said there was damage to record in the fire incident also. (GNS)
