In a congratulatory message, the zonal President Sahil Bashir conveyed his warm felicitation to all the successful candidates especially Nahida Beigh D/O Master Gh Mohd Beigh the Youngest IAS officer and Aftab Rasool Malik from Tregham for the commendable accomplishment .The Environment of jubilency is seen at the moment from all the corners of Kupwara particularly Village Punzwa Villagam .Doubtlessly she is brilliant girl deserves the same berth and expressed hope that they would discharge their duties with utmost dedication, commitment, rectitude and sincerity to uphold the highest traditions of the Civil Services.

He said that this accomplishment is the true recognition of their sincere efforts and hard work and wished them high success in their future endeavours.

“Their achievement would certainly motivate and inspire many more youths from District Kupwara to take the country’s prestigious Civil Services Examination in years to come”, he added.
Sahil Bashir also conveyed his warm greetings to the family members and parents of all the successful candidates especially Master Gh Mohd Beig, Mtr Saheena Tabasum,
