Srinagar, May 31: (GNS) Department of Health and Medical Education has accorded sanction, on prior approval from Lieutenant Governor Office, to the promotion of Dr Mohan Singh, Director ISM, (AYUSH) J&K in his personal capacity from Level-13 to Level-14.
An Order Number 424-JK (HME) of 2021 dated 31.05.2021 by Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education Department Atal Dulloo stated that the order will come to effect with effect from 30.03.2021, the date of meeting of Establishment-cum-Selection Committee. “The post shall revert back to its original position as and when vacated by the incumbent upon promotion, retirement or otherwise”, it further stated.
Pertinent to mention here that Dr. Mohan Singh currently dispensing his duties as Director ISM (AYUSH), J&K has served in Health and Medical Education Department, J&K for the last 31 years in various capacities including; Medical Officer, Health Department; Deputy Medical Superintendent, Medical Education Department; Medical Superintendent Dental Education Department; Project Director, J&K AIDS Control Society; Mission Director National Health Mission J&K.
