Srinagar, November 03:(GNS) Police on thrusday said that it has recovered dead body of the missing Bhaderwah man from Jawalpur area of Kishtwar district.
In a handout to GNS, the police said that On 28 october Kishtwar Police received information regarding the missing of a person namely Ishaq Ahmed Ganie S/o Lt. Abdul Gani Ganie R/o Mohalla Sultanpura Bhaderwah Distt. Doda from the Jawalapur area of Kishtwar
The police spokesman further said that in the meantime SSP Kishtwar Shafqat Hussain Batt-JKPS constituted special team and also utilised the services of dog squads, SDRF and drones during the search operation.
After putting strenuous efforts by Kishtwar Police, family members & locals of Jawalapur recovered the dead body of the said missing person from the Hills of Patrode area. Investigation into the matter is going on to ascertain the cause of death, reads the statement.(GNS)
