Ganderbal: The Department of Law, School of Legal Studies, Central University of Kashmir under the patronage of Head and Dean Prof. (Dr.) Farooq Ahmad Mir has successfully conducted a daylong workshop on Financial Code, CSR and Rules and Orders for the Guidance of Subordinate Courts for the candidates appearing in Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (judicial) Examination – 2023.

Pertinent to mention here, the Law Department had received around 115 registrations for the event. The candidates from different districts of Jammu and Kashmir (U.T) have appeared in this day-long workshop.

The workshop was conducted by a panel of reputed and learned experts from the fields of Finance, Judiciary and Accounts. The eminent resource persons include Formerly Commissioner Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Govt. Mr Sheikh Mushtaq Ahmad, Formerly, Finance Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir Govt. Mr Mohammad Ashraf Malik, Registrar (Rules) Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court Mr Rajinder Sapru and Chief Accounts Officer-cum-Senior Instructor ATI, Srinagar Dr Farooq Ahmad Lone.

The event was organised by the event convener Dr Mudasir Bhat, Assistant Professor, Criminal Laws and Criminalistics and Consultant Legal, Central University of Kashmir.
