Kupwara, Dec 2 (GNS): Three persons including a woman and two minors were bitten by stray dogs in Sogam area of this north Kashmir district on Thursday.
Reports reaching GNS said that dogs attacked and bit a woman, Sun Mala wife of Bashir Ahmed Lone, Sahil Ahmed Lone (17) son of Showkat Ahmed Lone and Talib Sajad (12) son of Sajad Ahmad Lone. The trio was shifted to Sub District Hospital Sogam for treatment.
BMO Sogam Dr Fareed Shaheen told GNS that they have been provided treatment. The dogs have created a scare in the area and people have urged concerned authorities to take necessary action so as to prevent such attacks in future. (GNS)
