4 minors among 388 New Covid-19 Cases in J&K

Srinagar, Dec 18 (GNS): Twenty-one travelers and four minors were among 388 fresh covid-19 cases— 163 from Jammu Division and 225 from Kashmir Valley— in the last 24 hours, taking the total tally in J&K to 117705, officials said on Friday.  Also, seven COVID-19 deaths have been reported—Four from Jammu Division and three from Kashmir Valley.

Among them, the officials told GNS that Srinagar reported 82 cases, Baramulla 14, Budgam 15, Kupwara 13, Pulwama 33, Anantnag 36, Bandipora 7, Ganderbal 18, Kulgam 4, Shopian 3, Jammu 92, Udhampur 10, Rajouri 7, Doda 8, Kathua 16, Kishtwar 8, Samba 11, Poonch 2, Ramban 5 and Reasi 4.

A number of these cases were confirmed at diagnostic laboratories of SKIMS Soura and GMC Anantnag hospitals.  

SKIMS Cases

The Pulwama cases include female (38) from Awantipora,

The Budgam cases include female (25) from Gogithaj, female (70) from Bachroo Chadoora, female (25) from Arizal Khanshab, two females (09, 06) from Tarhama, male (56) from Dangerpora, female (65) from B. K Pora Khosbagh, male (49) from Kanipora, male (34) from Pamposh Colony Natipora, male (65) from Zakoora, two females (70, 40) and male (07) from Rawalpora Near Govt. Hr. School,

The Ganderbal cases include male (62) from Barkati Mohalla, male (31) from Pehlipora, female (65) from Waripora, male (32) from Pehlipora, female (67) from Pandach Ganderbal.

The Srinagar cases include two females (40, 06) and male (11) from Umarabad Peerbagh, two females (38, 70) and male (40) from Soura, male (29) from Zoonimar, female (32) from Lasjan, female (70) from Nagbal, male (52) from Umer Colony, male (41) from Buchpora Srinagar.

The Anantnag cases include male (70) from Harnag Anantnag.

The Kishtwar cases include male (68) from Kishtwar.

The GMC Anantnag cases include female (45) from Ashajipora, two males (50, 68) from Naibasti, female (37) from Gatipora.

Meanwhile, they said, 464 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals— 213 from Jammu Division and 251 from Kashmir Valley. (GNS)
