2 Minors Among 250 new covid-19 cases in J&K, total 119053

Srinagar, Dec 23 (GNS): Fourteen travelers and two minors were among 250 new positive cases reported in J&K— 135 from Jammu and 115 from Kashmir Valley—in last 24 hours, officials said on Wednesday.

Giving district wise details, the officials told GNS that Srinagar reported 49 cases, Baramulla 14, Budgam 17, Kupwara 7, Pulwama 13, Anantnag 1, Bandipora 3, Ganderbal 6, Kulgam 2, Shopian 3, Jammu 98, Udhampur 8, Rajouri 10, Doda 5, Kathua 3, Kishtwar 1, Samba 5, Poonch 0, Ramban 5and Reasi 0. These cases take the overall number of people infected with the virus to 119053.

A number of cases were confirmed at SKIMS Soura, CD hospital and GMC Annatnag and include one CRPF, one army soldier besides two minors.

SKIMS cases

The BB Cantt cases include male (26) from BB Cantt Srinagar.

The Budgam cases include male (29) from Kakawring Charisharief, male (50) from Chadoora Town, male (50) from Trapy Khag, female (65) from Khag Budgam, male (40) from Sdao Beerwah, male (80) and female (75) from Sebdan, female (23) from Aribagh Kanipora, two males (65, 07) and female (35) from Baghi Mehtab Pravit Colony, female (20) and male (60) from Mazhama Budgam.

The CRPF cases include male (50) from 61 Bn Crpf Shivpora Srinagar.

The Ganderbal cases include male (24) from Khanan, female (35) from Arhama, male (35) from Yarmuqam, male (20) from Haripora Ganderbal.

The Kupwara cases include three males (42, 37, 39) from Panzgam, female (85) from Kralpora, male (35) from Dragmulla, male (70) from Zirhama, male (55) from Trehgam, male (47) from Shartigam, male (45) from Hiral Kupwara.

The Srinagar cases include male (55) from Phc Qamarwari, female (30) from Alfarooq, male (39) from Hazratbal, male (45) from Srinagar, male (30) from Rajbagh, male (43) from Buchpora, male (36) from Skims Soura, female (80) from Buchpora, male (65) from Bemina, female (70) from Ahmad Nagar, female (55) from Lal Bazar, female (36) from Jan Mohalla Srinagar.

The Baramulla cases include female (24) from Chakloo Baramulla.

The Pulwama cases include male (30) from Achan Pulwama.

The Anantnag cases include female (18) from Qazigund Anantnag.

The CD cases include male (67) from Dreygam Budgam, female (75) from Pulwama, female (40) from Noorbagh, female (52) from Lal Bazar, female (55) from Noorbagh, male (39) from Alamdar Colony, female (30) from Lal Bazar, male (70) from Bemina Srg, male (25) from Srinagar, male (82) from Saderbal Srinagar, female (60) from Gurubazar Srg, male (65) from Tral, male (75) from Khanyar Srg, male (21) from Harwan, male (45) and two females (40, 06) from Nawakadal, male (50) from Rajbagh, male (38) from Indranagar, female (18) from Padshahi Bagh, male (23) from Nowgam, male (63) and female (60) from Raj Bagh, female (45) from Pulwama, female (30) from Nishat, female (21) from Hyderpora Srinagar, male (56) from Rose Lane Chanapora, male (37) from Lal Bazar Srg, male (65) from NA, two females (45, 11) and male (45) from Zainakote, male (40) from Chanapora, female (62) from Harwan Srg, male (28) from Chadoora, female (55) from Shalteng Srg, female (60) from Lal Bazar, male (75) from Sonmarg, female (50) from Guro Bazar, male (26) from Zainakadal, female (24) from Lal Bazar, male (70) from Mirgund, female (40) from West Bengal, male (56) from NA, female (25) from Harwan, male (21) from Nishat Ishber, female (65) from Harwan, male (39) and female (65) from Bemina.

The GMC Anantnag cases include male (28) from Sharshali, male (37) from Kadalbal Pampore, female (30) from Litter Pulwama, female (33) from Dangerpora Pulwama, female (20) from Sheikhpora, male (25) from Krawoora, male (26) from Police Station Keller, female (32) and male (50) from Shopian, female (30) from Hirpora, female (30) from Jamnagri, female (28) from Kathahallan.

Moreover, they said, 338 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals— 139 from Jammu Division and 199 from Kashmir Valley. (GNS)
